THE ART COMPETITION TITLED ’WATER IN MY AREA’ FOR CHILDREN AT PRIMARY SCHOOLS AND YOUTH AT HIGH SCHOOLS ORGANISED ON WORLD WATER DAY (22 MARCH)
The competition is organized by the Municipality of Radom as part of the project LIFE14CCA/PL/000101 ‚Adaptation to climate change through sustainable water management in the urban space of Radom’, co-financed by the LIFE Program and the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Warsaw. The main aim of the competition is to present a creative view of the young generation to raise the importance of water in nature. In addition, it is important for the organizer to familiarize the youth of Radom with the project conducted in the local area. For this purpose it is advised to use the website of the project – www.life.radom.pl to gain fuller knowledge of the city’s policy and conducted works to tackle the risks of flood and drought in Radom resulting from climate change.
The jury appointed by the Organizer will select works and will present winners with prizes by April 28th, 2017.
